Using fdf_get_value

I have not found any helpful information about using PHP to populate a database (mine happens to be Oracle) starting from a PDF form and using the FDF toolkit. The PHP manual doesn't have any examples of using fdf_get_value.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any good resources that you have found?

I already read through the 2 links you mention, they seem to refer more to sending the field data to another PDF. The 1800 or so results I got from your suggested search are mostly for mirrors of the 2 links you detailed.

I want to populate the database and just return a page that essentially states that the record was processed. I am looking for examples of how to test what value is in fdf_get_value, validating the data, etc.

Any suggestions for coding examples more specifically related to inserting records into a database from the PDF form?
