You probably want to use Javascript for this type of thing.

Yeah, I had to but I had some problems because it is mail being sent from a flash movie to a php script that can't be on the same server becuase the mx record is somehow not allowing mail from the webserver to reach the exchange server.

Basically we wrote a custom form mail script in php and put it on another webserver and we wanted to open that window in a popup with no location bar so that visitors wouldn't see that they had been sent to another website. It's very difficult because flash doesn't actually do a post in the same way that an html form does...

For now I settled for an onload redirect back to the flash site.
