Apache/CGI sapi module installation???

I have installed 4.2.2 with apache module support but I have one script which requires cgi binary mode.
Is there anyway to install multiple module, maybe diferent version?? How would I do this?
Could I build like this

./configure --with-mysql --with-apsx2 --with-fastcgi=/usr/local/bin

I'm a newbee with PHP. Which sapi is the standard for CGI binary build??
