i'm fascinated by some of the links you guys give. some of you guys program for like really high end sites 🙂

i just program for my own little crappy site, currently working on a mailer which will allow me to send flashy emails on a nice template without having to log into hotmail lol 🙂

same hehe - i mainly use php to make the administration for my customers websites easier.
on the one hand a new design is much much easier realized (header/footer/css) and of course i can offer my customers a much greater usability of their sites. i generally make pages, thatn the customer can keep updated himself without knowing a single bit of html etc - just by using a simple interface - so post/edit/upload/delete/... content.

personally i also work on some projects for myself - the biggest one currently is www.nevergetoveryou.net

it's for a game server for the game Team Fortress Classic. it would look a hell of a lot better if i had some sort of graphics editor like Paint Shop or PhotoShop. all the graphics on that page? they were done with MS Paint lol, the only 3 images are the background which is black with 2 S's and the 2 images at the top which are screenshots resized to 30% in Paint lol 😃

Technically you could buy a .com domain and have the default page send back a header containing an image or even define the default page as an image but it sounds a bit dumb to spend 15$ (that's what I pay for a domain) on an image...

And yes this post is useless but it's late, I am bored and I think there is always an answer when no question has been asked... 😕
