hi, I need a little help

I'm searching for a way to preserve newline char from form textarea (i.e. when user press enter)

example

FORM TEXTAREA (user input)

frist line
second line

third line

value of $TEXTAREA ="frist line\nsecond line\nthird line";

can u help me plz?

Hi,

I am assuming that you mean that when you echo content that your script has received from a textarea form field it all comes out in a stright line on your browser?

Check out the nl2br() function if that is the case.
