Screenshot DB - Prev-Next - Help

Unfortunately this is not as simple as next=(currentid+1) and prev=(currentid-1) . The table has 2 important fields -> id and gameid . So the gameid for id 1 and id 2 might be different. What does that mean? With the current screenshot displayed having id 1, if I tell the script nextid = 2 it could display a screenshot for a different game. With that said, how do I find the id of the next row containing a certain gameid ? Same goes for previous. Thanks for the help.

I'll take a stab at it if you can reword your exact question to make more sense ;-) Not trying to be mean here, but your original post is a bit fuzzy.

It sounds like you need to read all the rows in for the gameid you're dealing with into an array, then you can use:

$nextID = $ArrayOfIDsForThisGame[$currentIDKey + 1]
