Remote_addr problem

I've been trying to make a counter on my webpage, which I did successfully. I've also tried converting this counter to a IP tracker, which I've been having trouble doing. At the bottom of the page, I've echoed $REMOTE_ADDR, but no matter who goes to it, it always shows the IP of my server, 65.96.243.26. Is this a server configuration problem, or is there a php script that will fix this?

Use $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] instead.

Nope, still doesn't work.

I fixed the problem, I had to poke a hole through my NAT at 3309, in case anyone else has this problem.
