File Upload with no path indicated

Hi, I'm trying to write a script that will allow users to upload a file, but I want to do it without the path having to be indicated. As far as I can tell copy() requires the server path to be indicated. So. Can anyone point me towards a script or function that can do what I want?

Do you mean you want be able to save an uploaded file without having to tell the server where to save it to?

the server needs to know where to put the file.
