Hi, My application uses the post method to transfer data from a form to the next page. So my address becomes quite long sometimes, like this one:

So my problem now is: I installed apache webserver with php on my local machine. The program works there with no problems, but when I want to use the same program on the webserver, The script doesn't react anymore. That means, the webserver has some sort of a problem with my request?
(could some sort of symbol in my request cause the error? something like points-->I encoded the url with urlencode()😉

are you sure you are using POST method to transfer data from a form to the next page?

😕 😕 😕 agree with shastry ... it looks more like GET to me
of course fluppel is GETting instead of POSTing. And then, 2k is the limit.
OK, you guys are right, it's get. (I got confused...) But is there a better method to transmit my data?
I was just wondering why it worked on my local pc?(apache) strange, isn't it?
