Report on database table; crosstab ?

Hello!
I have to create a report from a table's data:

The average is divided by 4 'cause there's only 4 months of inputed dada.

i don't want to be rude, but have you tried anything? I would like to help you, but i won't write the code for you
so show us what you came up with and one of us will help you

No, you are not rude, and I'm very thankful for your time and help.
I'm desperately trying but in a very savage way and too much coding: 19 and 34 fields arrangings them by topic and each month. I'm sure there is an easier way with well-constructed SQL-select.
