Databse table backup

Hi,

I want to ask if there is any telnet command that enable me to take a backup of one or some table from my mySql database?

In other words I know how to take backup to the whole database but I am looking to take backup for specifice tables only.

Look after mysqldump in the manual www.mysql.com

I think it is something like: mysqldump -h hostname -u username -p databasename tablename > backupfile.sql
