script for creating pop accounts?

well is there any script that can create pop accounts for my users on linux box.

or any help how to do this ?

hi,

what you want do is a kind of risky for several security reasons.

but well:
Running php in cgi mode and setting user/group to root in the
apache configfile should catch the fish.
