Continuous Refreshing and Page not Found

i'm running php 4.1.1 now updated to 4.2.2 and have mysql and apache running...

On my website when i check from server there's never any problems. But from some outside computers... SOMETIMES... which tends to happen continuously on that computer when it does, the page loads and then in the middle of loading it goes to page not found, or it loads but not finishes the page so it's cut off, or it has some missing or extra trash code in the middle of the page, or it keeps refreshing...

This looks to me like some sort of server setup bug or something. Not sure what the heck. How can it look fine sometimes and then other times it doesn't, without changing anything.

This happens too often that this buggy_funcs reload pages or frames. So when they are searching and do not find you get

your favourite 404 page

no java scripts whatsoever no commands for forwarding or reloading or anything... just authenticates someone and displays a table of players in the user's quadrant.

Could your authentication deal with cookies or sessions
and browser does not take it??

the authentication deals with sessions and i believe the sessions do it using cookies... but the weird thing is that all pages have the same authentication process and it only happens on some of them... i've only heard of it happening on 2 pages.

Yet the code has nothing in it that could make it refresh or stop loading, and the code is fine most of the times, and on most computers it works flawlessly all the time.

so y does it happen sometimes on some computers and only in some of the scripts? (2 i can think of out of a 30 scripts or so.) None of them having javascripts or anything, just doing some mysql calls and diplaying some tables. And y does it refresh sometimes and sometimes it is loading and in the middle of it forwards to page no found?

i'm still believe it's gotta be some sort of setting... didn't anyone have a similar problem before?
