multipart-form data BLOB inserts into mySQL

Hello,

I'm curious to know if there is a simple solution in PHP to accept a file from an HTML form and insert it into an existing mySQL database table.

Currently I am using jspsmartupload, but I'm having problems, so I'd like to investigate some PHP solutions.
