I'm new to PHP

i'm new to PHP and i'm wondering if someone could tell me if there is any good sites that tells you all about PHP and explains how to make scripts and tells you to make scripts and test them out step by step. I would want one that is easy to read. If anyone knows any sites, please let me know.
