functions

Hi,
im a newbie in PHP. And i want to know how to include a function that is on another archive, like you do in C/C++ with #include"myfuncs.h" . I want to create a functions.php, where i put all my functions, and then link the functions of functions.php to my other archives.
Do you know how to do it?
