Open and parse external HTML

What I want to do is take an external html file:

www.remoteserver.com/file.html

and pulll specific elements out or section out, reformat it, and display it in another page.

www.myserver.com/myfile.php

I'm using Windows XP with IIS 5 and PHP 4.22.

I've tried using fopen() and include(), but I have had no luck so far.

Any thoughts?

I used the code you suggested, but all I get is a blank screen. I viewed the source and all that was there is the header
