$_SERVER variables

What do I need to do to get access to these ($SERVER[...]) variables, e.g., $SERVER['PHP_SELF'], etc. I'm running Php4 with register_globals turned on in my php.ini file... yet when I try to access these variables they aren't there. Thanks very much in advance!

You say that you are running PHP4 but not what version

The super globals such as $FILE, $COOKIE and $_SERVER are only available from 4.1 onwards

Anyway assuming that you are running with 4.1 upwards you'd need to put

print_r($_SERVER);

that will then display the values in the $_SERVER array
