I'm looking for POST to httpS script and have only found http. I can't use curl but need to post to ssl and have noticed a lot of asp scripts...but no php.

I could use GET, too, but haven't found any for ssl. :o
I used a script a while back that posted fine. The problem was, I wan't initially on SSL. If the form was on SSL and then the user sent it to another https site, would it be secure?
