Mac OS X phpBB + me

I need help I installed mySQL on my mac runnung mac os x 10.2 from this site: < www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/ > and well I need to make a database for phpBB this is the last thing I need :o so how do you make a database for phpBB, or could someone send me a database. I does not matter but I would like to know how to make my own databases.

phpBB reads the databases you created via mySql

go to your mysql directory, there are many executable files,
maybe you must runs mysql_install_db, or mysqladmin , to create one, i dont remember, but mysqladmin --help will be usefull

I really don't know where these files are because it used a G.U.I. Installer where after you had to put in a few lines of text in the terminal, that and I don't know much unix commands so as this is a "mac".

I found it....the file, but I dont what I must do...then.. someone have a idea??

if you wanna look the file, use the BBedit, go to open file, and in the text field type from the macintosh HD.... /usr/local/mysql/scripts and look there.

so...what can I do??
how can I create a new database???
