Getting Warning on sending cookies or redirecting

Dear Friends

I am running PHP4.0 on IIS 5 on win 2000.While setting the session cookies and/or redirecting the user, i am gettion following warning
"Cannot add header information - headers already sent "

What to do?

Send header information before you send anything else. In other words do your cookie/session stuff before you send any html tags
