Simple printing of the date?

Hi...

My server is on the EAST COAST but my site is based on the WEST COAST...

Can someone give me an example PHP script to print the date like so:

September 3rd, 2002

....but taking into the consideration of my 3 hour time difference?

Any help would be appreciated.

See this page in the PHP manual. and see the comment "$target is the timezone
you want to calculate." That page also has information on the various date/time formats available.
