returning a url with php (auto redirect)

I have been searching amongst this site and many others and can not find any solid examples of how to do the question in the subject.

Bascily what i want to do is have a form send information to a script and the script return a url that the browser directs to automaticly. Then passing on variables to the url.

I just need to know what the code or function for this is or a good example. any links or leads as to where i can read up on this is appreciated.
