Hi, can any one can tell me how does search engins treat PHP based web pages?? Do they index a .php pages ?? any information on that subject would be much appriciated.

Yes, most of the search-engines (all major ones for sure) do index generated pages. Just like ordinary pages: if a crawler finds a link like http://www.mysever.com/myscript.php?id=123, it requests this page and index it as any html document.
Haven't you ever found any dynamic page with a search engine? 🙂
