im new to html and php design so be gentle...
I was wondering how i should go about displaying my web page that hold php and html content. Basically im writing a shopping cart application and want to use tables instead of frames, but cant work out how to display it.

I know i could use templates and call them everytime i load the page etc but i want to cut down the page load time.
Can you give me some simple pointers please.
