how will i fix the following errors in my php program?

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in d:\html\users\evyeauttecom\html\counter\sample.php on line 14

I can suggest you folowing:
put full path to file you want write
then check if file will be created
then you should check folder permission to write files
