What is happeneing to my code, the same code worked yesterday, and now it doesnt! i get this error by trying to pass these variables in

It means your script ended without outputing anything to STDOUT. Probably the script died with an internal error and your error reporting is set to not report to stdout.

The first thing I would try is to use urlencode() on that long query string (when you output the page with the link). See if that doesn't fix the problem.
