PHP and proxy caches

The way i have programmed my scripts i need to make them uncacheable by both browser and proxy caches. I have tried several header including this one.

Header("Cache-control: private, no-cache");

Header("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"); # Past date
Header("Pragma: no-cache");

Aol visitors can still access cached pages from aol proxies.

Any ideas how to eliminate that?

I've solved this problem in such way:
I've added a unique QueryString Information to the URL to my php-script, and proxy thought that that are different pages. For example, you may add SessionID.
