stop apache starting when I start win98

Sorry, this may be a very basic question. But I cant seem to work it out. I installed PHP triad (MYSQL, PHP and Apache) on my local mechine to do testing on my PHP scrips before I upload to my webhost. The problem is that whenever I power up my mechine now Apache automatically starts up. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running win 98 on my local machine.

Hi Ken,

You want to go to accessories/system tools/system information/ (doing this from memory) and when there, look in "tools" and I think it's "selective start-up" or "windows start up" (I haven't seen this in ages now).

Go through your start-up file, and remove the checkmark beside the apache server.
