Why aren't job postings allowed? Could you set aside a special forum for that kind of thing? There's really not another good site for PHP specific job listings. This seems like a logical place.
The reason that jobs are not allowed to be posted here is because the site is owned by internet.com and they have a contract with Dice who dont allow it.
