PHP pages that create other PHP pages

Hey, just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to how i would go about making PHP pages create another PHP page, in the fashion that you are able to design this page much like a WYSIWYG program (eg: Dreamweaver).

Are there examples out there or something i can read up on?

Maybe? I don't know about the screen refresh, but if you're using Linux this might be a good start.
