Which PHP Script for SEARCH and NEWS

I need a PHP script so users can search for keywords on our site. Also how do you make it so if you have 10 webpages, ex the contact page, the about us page, and all the basic pages they get updated all AT ONCE? For example, if you have news headlines on all of your main pages, how do you update each page without having to manually change update each page?
Any leads will help. And where should I look for scripts besides hotscripts.

and include the script to call the data in each page

frames may be another option with only the main content changing from page to page with the headlines in a frame by itself staying constant....

As bastien said you can use databases. Create a database for the site and then a table for each category (like: about, services, contact...). Store the infos in the db and then make a PHP script to search in those tables.
