changing the include file

is there a way to change the include file, say with a popup or radio button?

i have a include file that contains a query for * (male and female).. is there a way i can make a pull down to change the include file to a similar include but has a query of say just males or females?

use a session variable or a query string and add a switch to include one of the files (not require, include important)
