email formatting

Dear helper,

I have a contact page and once all the fields are filled out, I (the company) gets the email, but also, a receipt is sent to the customer. To view the actual file see below.

My question is, how on earth do I format the email to make it look neat? This is; a logo at the top, a decent font (verdana) for the text, and the directors name in bold. This formatting seems impossible or is it?

I suggest you using PEAR mail solution. By using PEAR mail handling, you able to format your mail as HTML, with attachemnt and etc.

You can also pick up some simple html email classes from phpclasses.org which format the emails and send using the standard mail() function.

They take all the work out.

I also use phplib's template to create the body of my html email which gives me an awesomely simple way to create a great looking email with personalised content.
