I need to write a very basic booking system for a Guest House just wondering if anyone knows where I can get info or a book that may have this type of thing as an example

    Are you needing it for logging enquiries, or to include full room availability for all guest house rooms for an indefinate period of time ?

      I'm also looking for a similar booking system but for car hire.
      Currently I am learning the ropes by reading 'Mysql/php database applications'. It's helped to understand use of php, mysql and setup of database.
      I'll be interested to see responses to your query.
