i keep getting this error everytime i try to make the config file i am starting to pull my hair out i have installed

apache
mysql

tlc
expect

egd
over the course of time for variouse tasks that have been need to be done but i am just about out of ideas. This may be do to the fact it has taken to long already. any help would be apreciated.
