Insert a "browse" button in html/php

I´m trying to insert a picture in mysql from a form, but I still dont know how to make a button ("browse" or "attach file", like they have down here) that shows my own computer´s files to search the file I want to send. Could anybody help me? Maybe it´s so easy, but i´m stocked.

This is actually html not php, php just handles the form information transmitted when someone submits it.

Try this...

in php it will..
print "<input type=\"file\" class=\"text\" name=\"formfile\">";

in html..

<input type="file" class="text" name="formfile">
