Help about really BIG queries

I have a big query with SQL SERVER, using PHP.
This query can last 5 to 10 minutes....
Is there a way to free the memory, to increase the speed,
because after two or three queries of that type, the speed
becomes very poor....

There are lots of methods for this. Here's some places to start:

concider using a stored procedure
will using temporary tables help?
can you simplify the queries?

Won't good indexing help?

I already have store procedures and a good indexing.
The only problem is taht when you have thousands of INSERT
to do in a row, there is not a good way to make it last
1 minute....

I am thinking about using a PHP accelerator, but I don't know them very well...

PHP accelerator won't help you - it's the database that's slow, not PHP.

I suggest reading the MSSQL manual and checking out the super fast BULK INSERT command.
