Problem: PHP 4.2.3, Apache 1.3, Window NT

My Apache test run just fine, and PHP CGI run just fine. I am trying to from switch PHP CGI to module running with Apache when I encountered this problem. It does not reconize *.php file in the Apache/htdocs directory. Any recommendation ?
