Sorry, I know this is not directly PHP related, but:
does PERL have configuration like:
max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize, and so on?
Since I don't have access to a dedicated server, I wish to have a file uploader which can upload larger file than 2M and thougt maybe Perl could help,
