I am currently developing a gaming website. The site will be huge and I'm looking for someone who's as versed in web development languages as me, or preferably better. Javascript is cool, flash, PHP/mySQL a must.

NOTE: I'm looking for someone who will have a lot of time to devote to the site, and someone that's not currently working anywhere else. I don't mind the age as long as you are mature and can handle yourself on a site where the staff are to be respected, yet actually have a personality. It would also help if you're into Gaming or Game Creation, as that is what the site is based around. The hosting is aquired, and the layout is done. I've done minimal PHP work, but i know I can't do all of it myself. The job will not pay, this is a job for someone who wants to improve their skills with a lot of experience, and wants to be a part of creating one of the most popular, and hopefully best working and looking sites on the internet.
