Hi there,
after reading a few articles about global variables, I decided to stop using them and try to make the switch from $HTTPVARS to $_.
Until now, this is a pain in the ass, I really have difficulties to do it.
For example, I get an error when I try to use the $REMODE_ADDR which is no longer global.
I also have a lot of functions in which I used to declare global vars, and again, I do not always know how to make them work without making them global.
What is important to know?
Is there a good tutorial about making this switch?
I really need different examples (within functions, pass variables, etc...).
Help greatly appreciated!
