Installing mod_auth_mysql

I am running a Windows 2000 server with Apache 1.x installed as the web server. I am trying to establish authentication using mysql server.

How do you install the mod_auth_mysql module into apache?

I am using Win2000, therefore using the ./ configure command won't work. Any other suggestions.
