upload troubles!

hi! has anybody an idea what the following error message is about to say?

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/db001vfr/www/home/admin/fileupload.php on line 68

I already used the uploadfile/script on my domain (same script, same structure of folders,...) which is working really perfect there. But not on the new domain, which is at the same provider.
I already set the permissions right...
