I have a form that allows you to upload a picture plus update a database. It works great execpt, in the mysql database it places the following in the field:

C:WINNTphp3B.tmp

How can I make that something more useful like upload/filename.jpg ?

$_FILES['file']['tmp_name']

Uploaded filename...

$_FILES['file']['name']
