adding modules to php post-installation

i installed php from the windows installshield download, but now i want to compile additional modules such as gd and pdflib.

do i need to re-install using the cgi binaries, or can i leave my installation in place and just compile individual modules?

i'm running php 4 on win 2k pro, using iis5

Don't install using the windows install file. Use the .zip file instead (it comes with all the extensions).
