uploading script

Hi,

I am a total noob at php, currently looking for some good courses, but the need is great, so i come here to seek your help.
I need to make a small script that can upload files and add the link to it on the htm page.

to save time.

the end result of the htm page would be:

<a href="">photo1</a>
<a href="">photo2</a>
...

something like the attach file box from below the page i´m filling this post right now 🙂
