Html 2 Php?

Hi I was wondering if somebody knows how to make a script, that automatically changes HTML 2 PHP code like:
http://www.jacqieline.com/gen/?action=php

I could make it by myself, but there is only one piece of knowledge I miss... How do I put at the end of a line ";
and at the start echo" ?
I searched Hotscripts and Programmers's Heaven, but could not find any PHP scripts doing this...

Does any1 know?

i don't know where you prob is: you say that you know how to do it and that the only thing you need is to put echo " and "; around the code?

echo "echo \" $your_changed_code \"";

that's it.

the only thing you have to pay attention to is that you protect the quotes with a backslash

Sure I know, but I want to put
echo".....";

on each new line, but I already found out,thnkz anyway!
