Including EXTERNAL documents

I am trying to include a file into my php code that is on a different website alltogether. I would like it to work exactly like the normal php include function. Is there anything that can help me accomplish this? I saw some article about javascript, but it had to use .js files or something, and that is something im not familiar with. There has to be a way in php? no?

That's what include can and cannot do:

Http includes won't behave the same way as local includes.
