ftp control by php

Hi again:
Now I'm looking for a complete script that controls ftp ratios by user (upload-download), not comercial, just share (like ikonboard but with ftp).

Any Ideas or web sites?

for ftp server you are using?
I don;t need any script, these must be soem server settings

My web hosting doesn't permit control this things (user ratios).
That is the reason because I need control it via php
